Sources
The map of angles is only as good as the list of sources. That's why it's here, complete and public. The same list feeds the system that follows the stories: we can't change which outlets we follow without it showing.
We include if
- Publishes with bylines and verifiable contact details.
- Has a stable RSS feed we can follow without scraping.
- Covers at least one of our cities consistently.
- Corrects its errors in the open instead of deleting them.
We leave out
- Sites with no identifiable authorship or way to make contact.
- Aggregators that reproduce others' text without linking to the original.
- Accounts that publish only opinion without reporting their own facts.
- Outlets that ask us not to follow them.
Independent sources
Independent, non-paid outlets that give what others don't. These are the voices we amplify.
